Terms of business

Quotes

A quote is an invitation to order, not a binding offer, and is valid for [CONFIRM — e.g. 30 days]. Prices are quoted per set in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude freight, duties and taxes unless the quote says DDP.

Artwork and approval

You confirm you own or are licensed to use every logo, crest, sponsor mark and name you send us, and you indemnify us against third-party claims arising from them. Production starts only after you approve a digital mockup in writing. Once approved, the mockup is the specification — changes after approval may incur cost and delay.

Payment

Standard terms are 50% deposit to start production and 50% before shipment, by bank transfer. Other terms by agreement.

Lead times

Stated lead times run from written mockup approval and cleared deposit, not from enquiry. Bulk production is typically 10–15 working days; samples 7–10. Lead times are estimates and not of the essence unless we have agreed a date in writing.

Tolerances

Custom garments are made to measurement charts with a stated tolerance of [CONFIRM TOLERANCE]. Sublimated colour is matched as closely as the process allows; minor variation between batches and between screen and fabric is normal and is not a defect.

Inspection and defects

Goods are inspected to [CONFIRM AQL LEVEL]. Report shortages or defects within [CONFIRM WINDOW] of delivery with photographs. Our remedy is, at our option, remaking the affected pieces or crediting them. Custom-printed goods cannot be returned for change of mind.

Title and risk

Risk passes on delivery to the carrier under the agreed Incoterm. Title passes on payment in full.

Governing law

[CONFIRM] — these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with the courts of Sialkot having jurisdiction.
