Ordering & MOQ
Is there really an MOQ of just 10 sets?
Yes — 10 sets per design gets you full custom production. Small orders run on the same line with the same QC as bulk programs.
How fast is production?
Samples ship in 7–10 business days. Bulk orders complete in 10–15 business days after you approve the mockup. Rush slots are sometimes available — ask.
What are your reorder terms?
We keep your artwork and patterns on file, so repeat orders skip the setup and go straight into production.
Design & artwork
Is the design service really free?
Yes. Send your logo, colours and any reference images; a full digital mockup arrives within 24 hours with unlimited revisions and no obligation.
What can I customise?
Everything: colours, patterns, crest, sponsor logos, player names, numbers, fonts, collar style, fabric and packaging. Sublimation has no colour or design limits.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector is best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. High-resolution PNG also works. Send Pantone references if you need exact colour matching. If you only have a low-resolution logo, send it anyway and we will tell you whether it needs redrawing.
Shipping & delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
50+ countries via DHL and FedEx express or sea freight — including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the EU and the Gulf. Every shipment is tracked door-to-door.
Which Incoterms do you sell on, and who handles duties?
We quote EXW Sialkot by default. FOB, DAP and DDP are available on request. Unless your quote explicitly says DDP, import duty, VAT and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We supply a commercial invoice and packing list with correct HS codes.
OEM & private label
Do you offer OEM / private label?
Yes — full OEM and ODM programs for wholesalers and teamwear brands: your neck labels, hang tags and packaging, produced under NDA if required.
Payment & commercial
How do payments work?
Typically a 50% deposit to start production and 50% before shipment, via bank transfer or agreed method. Full details come with your quote.
How much do custom uniforms cost?
Indicative per-set prices, EXW Sialkot, before freight and duties. Soccer and basketball: $17–20 at 10–49 sets, $15–17 at 50–249, $13–15 at 250+. American football: $25–30 / $22–25 / $20–22. Baseball: $22–28 / $19–23 / $17–20. Tracksuits: $25–30 / $22–26 / $19–22. Your quote confirms the exact figure once we know the fabric, decoration and quantity.
Do samples cost anything, and is the cost refunded?
Samples are chargeable and the buyer covers shipping. The sample cost may be adjusted against a confirmed bulk order — ask when you request one.
What happens if items arrive faulty or off-spec?
Report any issue within 7 days of delivery with photographs. Verified problems are resolved by remake, replacement or credit. Because every garment is printed and cut to your artwork and sizing, custom orders cannot be returned for change of mind.
Sizing & fit
How do I get sizing right?
Every mockup ships with a detailed size chart covering youth and adult cuts. On request we produce a size-set sample before bulk.
Can you match our existing kit or a previous supplier's fit?
Yes. Send us a garment from your current kit and we will pattern-match it, so a switch does not mean re-sizing your whole squad.
Compliance
What social-compliance audits has the factory had?
Adaki Sports is a registered member of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry. We hold no third-party social-compliance certification at present. If your onboarding process requires a specific audit, tell us and we will discuss arranging one.
