Ordering & MOQ
Is there really an MOQ of just 10 sets?
Yes — 10 sets per design gets you full custom production. Small orders run on the same line with the same QC as bulk programs.
How fast is production?
Samples ship in 7–10 business days. Bulk orders complete in 10–15 business days after you approve the mockup. Rush slots are sometimes available — ask.
Design & artwork
Is the design service really free?
Yes. Send your logo, colours and any reference images; a full digital mockup arrives within 24 hours with unlimited revisions and no obligation.
What can I customise?
Everything: colours, patterns, crest, sponsor logos, player names, numbers, fonts, collar style, fabric and packaging. Sublimation has no colour or design limits.
Shipping & delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
50+ countries via DHL and FedEx express or sea freight — including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the EU and the Gulf. Every shipment is tracked door-to-door.
OEM & private label
Do you offer OEM / private label?
Yes — full OEM and ODM programs for wholesalers and teamwear brands: your neck labels, hang tags and packaging, produced under NDA if required.
Payment & commercial
How do payments work?
Typically a 50% deposit to start production and 50% before shipment, via bank transfer or agreed method. Full details come with your quote.
Sizing & fit
How do I get sizing right?
Every mockup ships with a detailed size chart covering youth and adult cuts. On request we produce a size-set sample before bulk.
