How an OEM program runs

Mockup to reorder in four steps

  1. Free mockup — 24 hours

    Send your artwork (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG), colours and spec. A full digital mockup comes back within 24 hours, free, with unlimited revisions and no obligation.

  2. Sample — 7–10 business days

    Approve the mockup and we produce a pre-production sample with your labels and finish. Samples are chargeable and the buyer covers sample shipping; the cost may be adjusted against a confirmed bulk order.

  3. Bulk — 10–15 business days

    Bulk production runs 10–15 business days from written mockup approval. Payment is typically a 50% deposit to start and 50% before shipment. Measurement tolerance is ±1 inch (±2.5 cm).

  4. Ship, then reorder without setup

    Tracked door-to-door by DHL or FedEx express, or sea freight for volume. Your artwork and patterns stay on file, so repeat orders skip the setup and go straight into production.

OEM programs are quoted individually — send your spec, decoration and quantities and you get a line-item quote valid 30 days. Full delivery and claims detail is on our shipping & returns page.
