Inspected three times before it ships

Every order is checked at three points on the floor, not once at the end.

Three inspection points

  1. Inline inspection. Seams, stitch density and panel alignment are checked during assembly, so a fault is caught on one piece rather than on the whole run.
  2. Post-stitch audit. Finished garments are pulled and measured against the approved size chart.
  3. Final piece-by-piece check. Every unit is examined for print registration, colour, trims, names and numbers before it is folded and bagged.

Memberships and audits

Publish the reference numbers

These are trade memberships and a Sedex membership — not compliance certifications. Do not describe them as "certified". Add the SCCI and PSGA membership numbers and the Sedex ZC reference with the SMETA audit date and pillar count. Do not display OEKO-TEX, ISO or BSCI marks, which Adaki does not hold.

Tolerances

Custom garments are made to the approved measurement chart within a stated tolerance. Sublimated colour is matched as closely as the process allows; slight variation between batches is normal. Full detail is in our terms of business.

    Panels checked during cutting and printing — color match against your approved mockup, print alignment and fabric defects.

  2. Post-Stitch Audit

    Seam strength, stitch density and construction checked after sewing on an AQL sampling basis per batch.

  3. Final Piece-by-Piece

    Every finished garment individually inspected and measured before poly-bagging and export packing.
