Shipping, duties & returns
How your order gets to you, who pays what at the border, and what happens if something is wrong.

Commercial terms are confirmed (EXW default; FOB, DAP and DDP on request; 7-day defect window). Two items are still open: transit times per lane, and the AQL level the factory inspects to.
Where we ship
We ship to 50+ countries. Express by DHL or FedEx for smaller orders and samples; sea freight for bulk where the lead time allows. Every shipment is tracked door to door.
Incoterms
We quote EXW Sialkot by default. FOB, DAP and DDP are available on request — tell us which your freight forwarder needs.
Duties and customs
Unless your quote explicitly says DDP, import duty, VAT/GST and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We provide a commercial invoice and packing list with correct HS codes. We cannot under-declare shipment values.

If something is wrong
Goods are inspected before packing. If pieces arrive faulty, short or off-spec, email info@adakisports.com with photographs within 7 days of delivery. We will remake or credit the affected pieces.
Because every garment is printed and cut to your artwork and sizing, custom orders cannot be returned for change of mind.
