What we collect when you ask us for a quote, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted.

This is a working draft written to unblock ad-account approval. Have it reviewed against UK GDPR, EU GDPR and Pakistani law, and fill the retention period and controller details, before the site goes live.

What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect the name, company, work email, phone number, country, product interest, quantity, required date, any artwork you upload and any details you type. We also record the page you submitted from and the date and time.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and we retain the message history in our business account.
With your consent we also set analytics and advertising cookies that record how you found the site and how you moved through it, including Google click identifiers and Meta browser identifiers.
Why we collect it
- To answer your enquiry and quote for your order. Without a name, email or phone and a quantity we cannot produce a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To measure our advertising. Only where you have consented. Legal basis: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of this website.
- Resend — sending the notification and confirmation emails.
- Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta — advertising measurement, only with your consent.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with other manufacturers.
International transfers
We operate from Pakistan, which is not covered by a UK or EU adequacy decision. Where we receive personal data from the UK or EEA we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or your explicit consent.
How long we keep it
[CONFIRM RETENTION PERIOD] — quote enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after a set period; order records are kept longer for accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email info@adakisports.com and we will respond within one month. UK and EEA residents may complain to their supervisory authority.
